McDonald's in Gilching

This Filiale are not so good sometimes, my order sometimes are not complete but sometimes also good. The workers always shouting each other 😅

The shop has stopped working since the beginning of the pandemic. We got the caffeinated green tea, fresh mint was ordered, reason: only gives the, 2 cakes in a pack so you can't eat them in the car, lactose-free milk as always nil, not lying on the beach, there were more staff than customers , I wonder why...

MC Donalds OK. But strict enforcement of only short term parking.. No bueno...

There was a corpse on the toilet! Wasn't that old, food was still delicious! Therefor 2 stars!

Not getting the wrong one for the first time. Today I got exactly the opposite of what I ordered. Spicy instead of normal nuggets. Sevickraft asked in advance which ones I would like and I got the others. The exchange was smooth! Fortunately, I've been checking my order for some time right after receipt!

Clean, friendly, well located. But still like everyone else. Nothing special, just practical that it is almost on the doorstep

No customers in store at lunchtime. Nevertheless, a long wait as the staff was more busy chatting than working. Very uncomfortable that acquaintances of the staff at the pick-up counter comfortably drink coffee and have a chat and so the distance 1.50 m cannot be complied with. There have been better times here.

This is the third time that things have been missing from the order. Sometimes it was a complete burger and a pack of french fries, sometimes all the sauces for the chicken nuggets and all the ketchup, this time a drink and ketchup were missing from the Happy Meal. If it happened once, you could overlook it, but 3 times is a real cut if you've only bought something 5-6 times in this branch. In the future I will look for another branch. In FFB, for example, this has never happened before.

With drive in, you as a customer have to check exactly what you get. It has often happened that I got ketchup instead of the ordered majo, or that the wrong burger is in the bag. The last time there was 2 royal TS in the bag instead of a big mäc and a royal cheese.

The paper for holding larger burgers (whatever it is called) was simply put on top as a "side dish". In addition, french fries are not full. One shrimp was cold.

After having been in the restaurant for just over 2 hours, I have to pay a fine of € 25.00 for exceeding the maximum duration. Never again.

Drive In ... Really good quality for a fair price .. gladly again

just standard mcdonlads .... destroyed by Covid regulations. Even Tycoons like mc donalds have to respect other tycoons i.e.bangsters..sorry for that

Well located in terms of traffic after you drive out of Munich or before you get into the main traffic ... Clean, tidy everything as it should be at MC.

Fast service, in the take a way service fries were only 3/4 full. Burgers were lukewarm, no napkins included. So-so

I am rarely here, but when it does, everything fits. Staff friendly, good food and clean facility. Nothing to complain about

Without talking about the company and its philosophy, this branch is really great. Friendly staff, even on Sunday, and made a pretty clean impression. The food was also quite fresh.

Very unfriendly and hypocritic. We are not living in Germany therefore we didn’t know of having to wear masks upon entering. We immediately put them on upon notification by staff.However, staff was very rudely telling us to do so. As a side, tables were not clean wiped after the last client as food remainders showed! A lady came to wipe our table after we let staff know about it but the table had not bee disinfected! Basic Standards are grossly neglected. Hypocrisy! We do not object the regulation but the way staff kept arguing about being right in being not rude is absolutely inacceptable. Try to avoid this experience!

It doesn't exist. Look at the photo and the chimneys on the houses. There are no places nearby that could be in that photo. Some one is having a laugh!

We ordered a large espresso and cappuccino. Espresso was okay, but cappuccino was cold with ice cubes in it. Never before I have seen a simple cappuccino served cold. If I wanted a cold cappuccino I would have ordered cold or iced cappuccino. Large cappuccino universally means large hot cappuccino.

Fast and good food for an average price. What I didn't like was the cheeseburger's dry part where there was no ketchup or anything. They didn't have more than 2 orders at that time so I didn't really understand the hurry.

Slowest delivery ever - waited 10mins for 2 coffees! Self collection display didn’t work, women working didn’t think to shout number when order was ready I Watched 3 Times as other orders were wrongly delivered - with no apology! I ordered To Go & they prepared to drink in - I had to tell them to change it. Saw a man finally my coffees (after almost 10 mins waiting) with full fat milk - I told him I ordered half fat milk - he said simply ‚Warten‘ (wait) quite abruptly. Finally I get my coffees - the lady asked her colleague which coffee it was then handed to me - I said I believe it’s the wrong one - she said no it’s right.. by now we lost so much time I just left with my ‚surprise‘ Coffees. Then the lady ran out after me to swap my coffee for the right one I ordered!!! Sadly this is not the first time a bad experience here but willing to give a 2nd chance - a third one is definitely out of the question. HATE this automated system (am otherwise fan of online technology) but by speaking to a person there is less chance to get it wrong! Human contact, service skills are obviously not seen as important at McDonalds!!!!
